About Breathe, Inc.
Welcome my brothers and sisters. Please remember to breathe as you peruse my site. This tends to purify communications, like direct transmissions from me to you. Try not to get trapped in these words. Allow the breath to ease your mind and open your heart. When you move on to the next site or go off to do something else, remember:
“Humans become more fully human when they are doing only two things at once, breathing, and one other thing.”

Peaceful Warrior becomes Galactic Butterfly
Those who have visited these pages in the past will notice that an image of the Galactic Butterfly has emerged where the peaceful warrior used to be. This change reveals a shift in me and the emphasis of my work.
The Galactic Butterfly is a sacred symbol of the ancient indigenous people of Central America. This exquisite and delicate figure, reminiscent of the yin/yang symbol of balance from the Daoists, represents all consciousness, ever, in the galaxies. It is known to the Maya as Hunab Ku, the Creator.
My identity and work materialize from the understanding of my life’s purpose. Though the peaceful warrior is still in my blood, I feel a different kind of energy now when I breathe. Creation itself is pulsing from my soul.
How did this come about?
On the day of the deadly Indian Ocean tsunami in 2004, I was half the way around the world from the disaster, climbing the ancient Mayan temples in Tikal, Guatemala. It was an auspicious day for me; visiting a place for the first time that I had longed to see for many years and feeling an indescribable bond with the Mayans.
When the news reached us that the tsunami had happened, it felt eerily close. This could have been because we were also in a foreign, tropical rainforest with proximate latitude or that the magical energy in Tikal makes anything possible. I was immediately struck with an especially deep and rare kinship with humanity. Viscerally I could sense the heightened energetic connections between these two physically distant chunks of geography. The feeling was primordial.
That sense has yet to leave me. Ever since my first visit to Tikal, I’ve been dancing with oneness consciousness, playing with different approaches to remembering it and feeling the star-like quality that is in each of us.
